LOVE IT!!!
My neighbor duped me into doing a cold plunging at 7am on Jan 1st, 2024. Surprisingly, I was hooked! We used the unheated pool for 3/mos to make sure it wasn't a phase. Then came the research... I made spreadsheet comparisons with barrels vs tubs, cheap vs high-end, inflatable vs fixture, etc. After reading reviews, I was sold on the Nordic Wave based on:
1. The price point was in the middle
2. I preferred the upright position vs the laying down tubs
3. The look was classy, modern, and stylish to fit in my backyard (very important)
4. The quality was going to last
Ordered placed! My support guy, Joe, was exceptional at keeping me updated. Received my cold plunge about 4 weeks later. I had trouble setting it up and Boom, Joe walked me through it and it worked perfectly! I use the cold plunge (45 degrees) every morning alongside my IR sauna and absolutely Love it! Gives me the pick-me-up I need in the morning. Highly recommend getting it!
Nice bonus: When guests come over, I put a tablecloth over it and it makes a perfect high-top table :)

Patience is the key, but it's worth it
We ordered in early Feb but didn't see our Viking until late March so yes patience was important. This thing delivers and is exactly what we were hoping for when we choose Nordic Wave. We have had a few issues that have been resolved in a timely manner by customer service/support. Thankful for the cold water therapy and the health benefits of The Viking.

100% best cold plunge
I went down a rabbit hole of researching the best cold plunges on the market. I am 100% positive that the Nordic Wave Viking was hands down the best decision. There are several reasons why I chose the Viking.
#1) American made and founded - not only is it built great, but their customer support is in the USA. I had a question, called, and their support was amazing.
#2) The size - I didn't want to take up a bunch of room in my house, the Viking is a perfect size being a vertical submerge. I am 5'9" and my husband is 6'3". It allows us to get in and get out easily.
#3) Easy set up and easy maintenance - we had our Viking set up in about 30 minutes. The chiller cools quickly and it's very easy to adjust. It's got a great drainage system and easy filter cartridges to swap in and out. When I say easy, literally, my 10 year old can do it.
Overall experience with the Viking has been wonderful. My husband and I use it every day, and even our 10 year old likes the challenge. The health benefits and clarity you receive from the Viking are amazing. Look no further, this is the one to buy.

Great Investment
We did our research in vertical cold plunges & are very pleased with our purchase! We love that this company is just a local state away & the brand story is perfectly authentic. Aesthetically, this plunge is great! We went with white for the clean aspect. It was extremely easy to set up. We feel the quality of the tub and the accessories to operate are high!
